The issue of controversy discussed on HEALTHRE that I have selected for purposes of this paper was first posted by Paul Hughes-Cromwick on September 6, 2006. Mr. Hughes-Cromwick proposed the followed two questions in regards to Healthcare Reform: Regarding healthcare reform in the U.S, what do you think will transpire in the next, e.g., 5 years? What should transpire?
Various ideas were presented in response to these questions. One interesting viewpoint suggested that information technology would be an important factor in the years to come in regards to healthcare reform.
