There are many controversial issues in the world. I had to choose one of them to discuss and tell everyone about and that is the good side of capitol punishment and why it should be allowed in our society. First off I am going to tell you what capital punishment is. Capital punishment means the death penalty. Capital punishment is banned in a lot of countries now a days because people think that it is morally wrong.
