Desdemona
Desdemona was a overall good play that had some small flaws. Firstly, I thoroughly
enjoyed the intimacy that was experienced with the characters due to the size of the theater. I have never been to a play that preformed in such a small atmosphere. I was so close to the actors that I could see the perspiration do to the warmness of the room.
The actors were very convincing. I especially enjoyed the antics of Bianca, the gibberish speaking prostitute. Understanding her accent proved to be difficult at times but, was perfect for her character. I saw a distinct class separation with the accents. Desdemona was more refined and easier to understand than the other two characters. This reflects her higher status among the other two characters. Emilia, though more proper, had a slighter accent than Desdemona. This played a part in her disgruntled behavior because she believed that she was a better woman than......
