It is beneficial for a person to walk in another person's shoes and visa versa because it lets a person see a totally different perspective of another life. This perspective could be a negative one or it could turn out for the best. Walking in another person's shoes let's the person walk in them see how there are other ways of life besides the one they are living in. Writing about this topic not only makes me think of "Nickel and Dimed" as an example but it also makes me think of a television show called ‘Trading Spouses."
The main idea of the show is to take either a wife or husband of a family and switch them with another wife or family with a totally different background, different beliefs, and a different way of life or living.
