Caffeine is a naturally grown plant as known as a scientific compound name “xanthine alkaloid” or “guarana.” The term guarana, comes from the actually plant, Guarana which is a type of plant to harvest caffeine. In the eyes of many people, caffeine isn’t considered a drug but caffeine acts a stimulant in the human brain, targeting the central nervous system as is therefore a stimulant which acts a drug. Caffeine although, can be considered a safe drug if it is not overused.
