Video Games are one of the main sources of entertainment throughout the entire world. With today's technology, video games are becoming more advance with their graphics and the way they are played. Many people have argued whether or not video games can be considered as an actual sport, but there is no way video games can fall under the category of being an actual sporting event. However, with the technology we are making, video games may one day become a sport.
First, the word "sport" is defined as an athletic activity requiring skill or physical ability and often a competitive nature. The word "athletic" does match the description of playing video games. Athleticism does not include sitting in front of a television or a computer.
