My online form was created for users to fill in a questionnaire I have created in Word on the computer rather than printing the questionnaire out. The benefits of using an online form are saves paper as you don’t have to keep printing forms off you just need to fill it in online and click a button, more convenient you wont have to rely on the post to get your form sent, this also saves a lot of time for the user as the might only have to click check boxes, easily updated if you make any mistakes you can go online and update them to correct answers, the answers are preset so its hard for the user to make any mistakes and you can easily store and also retrieve the information that is filled on the online form.
