In 1996 my dad rounded up a huge chuck of his savings to buy a 1969 Lamborghini Espada that’s been parked in somewhere in connecticut for 13 years; my mother least to say wasn’t very pleased with whole idea , in her eyes it was just a “waste of money on a car, that will eat him alive”.
