Did you know "Between 1962 and 2000, the number of obese people in the US raised from 13% to an alarming 31%."2 And in the United States alone there are "58million overweight, 40million obese, and 3million morbidly obese."3 The Wikipedia definition for obesity is" a condition in which the natural energy reserve, stored in the fatty tissue of humans and other mammals, is increased to a point where it is associated with certain health conditions or increased mortality."4 Obesity is a main issue in developed countries. With an increase of jobs that are totally sedentary adults are not moving around and getting any sort of exercise in the day. As well high schools are not getting students out and about to exercise during the day so students are going from sitting around for years and accepting it with their jobs when they get out of high school. With no exercise people are use to sitting and starting an exercise routine......
