First let's get into what ADHD is. ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. In majority, most people are diagnosed with this as a child and continue to have to deal with the disorder throughout their lives. This does not mean that you cannot live a normal life. With correct treatment people with ADHD can have adequate success in their education and in their careers. ADHD is typically characterized by inattention impulsivity, and hyperactivity. There are two forms of ADHD; one form is focused on the inability to pay attention and the other deals with hyperactivity. How do you know which your son has?
