Riordan Manufacturing is experiencing challenges with issues which are leading to employee dissatisfaction. "By improving decision making, knowledge management, employee needs and coordination, workplace communication has a significant effect on organizational performance." (McShane & Ginlow, 2005). Riordan Manufacturing needs to consider all possible issues and motives to ensure that the best decisions are made with regard to their company, their employees and their workplace.
