I want to argue against the legal driving age
Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause for death in the U.S. I believe that a bad thing can happened to a perfectly innocent person, so with that in mind I think we should try to save as many teenagers lives as possible by insuring by the time they are behind the wheel they are ready for the responsibility given to them. We can prepare today’s teens by making it mandatory that all teenage drivers abide by the strict guidelines set by the legislator in order to receive their license. We need to do something about this reoccurring issue before more teens die. Being sixteen gives a teenage a sense of control and power that they have never experienced before. In my opinion we should have the legislator pass a law stating that a teen can obtain an intermediate license and enforcing passenger restrictions while the teen is driving.
The statistics tell us that teens are more susceptible to distractions, which in careless mistakes.......
