Most people’s lives depend on the very quick reaction of an E.M.T or paramedics. E.M.T. stands for emergency medical technicians. The E.M.T comes in three stages E.M.T. I, E.M.T. II, E.M.T. III. E.M.T. I is the lowest you can be. The E.M.T. I can do very little. Next is the E.M.T. II. They can do as much as you can do with out the chief approval. The E.M.T. III is the highest you can go before getting into the paramedic field. Really the only difference between them is as an E.M.T. III you can do more IVS and us different stuff.
Paramedics can do a little more than an E.M.T. can, but not much. Really the difference between them is you have to go to a college to get to the paramedic field, and to get into the E.M.T. field you need to take classes for a month and take a test and your done.
