I did not have a specific approach to the reading. I just sat down and started. As usual when I sat down to start doing serious reading in the evenings I go in my bedroom. I always go there, because my husband keeps the children away so I can get peace and study in a quiet environment. Going into my bedroom is the first way I minimize distractions.
