Since eBay was launched in 1995 the company has grown at an incredible rate. It is the founder of online auctioning and it has been difficult from a leadership point of view to accommodate the needs of the company and clients as development of services are being established. As a leader of this company it is important to shape the organizations goals, motivate behavior toward the achievement of those goals, and help define the organizational culture.
