Since eBay was launched in 1995 the company has grown at an incredible rate. It is the founder of online auctioning and it has been difficult from a leadership point of view to accommodate the needs of the company and clients as development of services are being established. As a leader of this company it is important to shape the organizations goals, motivate behavior toward the achievement of those goals, and help define the organizational culture. There are many different ways of accomplishing these leadership ideals.
