For a successful implementation of the Pyramid Project, the new project management and tracking system will allow the organization to better identify key business representatives from each business unit within the organization; the new project management and tracking system will allow for better project process management; the new system will also allow the organization to enhance the issue management process by providing a more effective and efficient issue tracking system.
The project management and tracking system will contain a database that houses the following information of all individuals within the organization: start date, job title, job description, previous project involvement, and other skills the individual might have.
