The implementing of change in any organization can be an overwhelming task for even the most seasoned professional. While the leadership of the changing organization is focused on improving efficiency, quality, profit and ensuring the future of the organization; the employees are often hesitant and frightened of what the new initiatives mean for them, the organization, and all other stakeholders involved. Continued progress improvement requires successful change management programs that take careful planning, preparation, performance management, and evaluation.
