Stress and the disorders that Follow
Stress is a condition that everyone experiences at some point. It is our body’s natural way of coping with difficult situations. There are varying degrees and intensities of stress. If there is constant stress and tribulation in someone’s life, they can develop severe health problems. This link to stress and health problems has been proven, but scientists don’t yet know if stress causes health problems or if stress is a result of the health problems. There is just a correlation between the two.
There are many types of disorders that can come from severe stress or a continuous form of stress including: Panic Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Panic Attacks, Dissociative Amnesia, Acute Stress Disorder (ASD), along with many more. Prolonged stress also takes a toll on the immune system and other basic functions. You become more susceptible to basic illness such as common cold, chronic fatigue, allergies, and hypoglycemia.......
