Ethical decision making and ethical leadership are two very important factors working towards determining the success of an organization. Employers are always looking for a certain person in which both sets of ethical values are defined. Ethics involve identifying, differentiating, defending concepts of right and wrong, and values humanity retains from ethical growth and development. The Williams Group for Ethics and Management lists four key core values for ethical decision making which are character, obligation, results and equity. The four key elements help determine the ethical thinking displayed by an individual in the decision making process.
