In the multicultural world we live in, justice has always been the forefront of our criminal justice system. Justice is the concept or conformity to moral rightness in action especially the upholding of what is fair. The diversity of our country has brought many different opinions and perceptions of what our criminal justice system represents. Often times, it is viewed as being prejudice, unfair and very bias. Many Americans of lower class may feel that justice for them is not an option but a disappointment. The question of justice really depends on the social class of its people.
