Riordan Manufacturing
Riordan Manufacturing was started by Dr. Riordan a professor of chemistry in 1991 and the name started out as Riordan Plastics, Inc. Riordan is a global plastics manufacturing company that has about 550 employees, Riordans annual earnings project to be about $46 million.
Riordan has manufacturing plants in Georgia, Michigan, California, and in China. In 1993 is when the company expanded and that is when it bought out the plant in Albany, Georgia. In 2000 Riordan opened up its operations in China, once this was opened Riordan Moved from Michigan to China and the plant in Michigan reorganized and started manufacturing custom plastic parts.
Items that Riordan manufactures are: Plastic beverage containers which are manufactured in Albany, Georgia, custom plastic parts which are manufactured in Pontiac, Michigan and plastic fan parts are manufactured in Hangzhou, China.
