Harry S Truman, John F Kennedy, Vince Lombardi, and Thomas Jefferson; What did all these people have in common? Each one of these people were leaders, and great ones at it. To be a leader can be commonly defined as having the ability to guide or to show a person. To tell people what to do. I believe that three responsibilities for a leader are to be shrewd, to be able to capture a nation, and to encourage a good work ethic onto people.
Harry S Truman once said " Leadership is the ability to get men to do what they don't want to and like it." Truman was known for his upfront speeches and his basic values. He was a senator, a vice president, then became the thirty third president. He is also seen as a shrewd leader. Being shrewd is the ability to be tricky, in the way to get people to do what you want but like it. He also stated things like if you cannot
