Each software will require 60 days cost of purchase package (15 days for each department) which is equal to 348000

Will cost 400000 + 348000 presently . A cost of 5000 a month will be incurred after 6 months for support.
Crystal
Will cost Rs 200000 + 348000 presently and a annual maintenance charge of Rs 50000 will be incurred as well.This will make the total cost 598000.

Will cost Rs 150000 + 348000 presently......
