The Value of a College Education

Introduction

The value of Dianna's education is best explained by the experiences she has had in her own life. She knows that if she had not completed her GED and continued on to a form of higher education that she would not be where she is today. She graduated with high honors from Coastal Bend College in May of 2004 with two Associate Degrees in General Office Management and Office Automation Technology. She interned with the National Institute on Drug Abuse, also known as NIDA for four months in the spring of 2004. She obtained a position with Halliburton Energy Services, one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the oil and gas industries. She continues her education at the University of Phoenix through their spectacular online program.

After Completion of the GED
Dianna dropped out of school at the age of 16; she obtained her GED at the age of 17 in December of 1995. Dianna immediately stepped into the workforce......
