According to Christianity, the traits of God can be organized into two categories: physical and moral. Some terms address God's surpass of physical ideas, others address God's divine mind and will. There are a bunch of terms to choose from when categorizing the traits of God. Thus, this paper will only deal with the basic terms that are from the Holy Scriptures.

God is, according to the Old and New Testaments: invincible, everlasting, vast, inconceivable, and endless in intelligence and will. The invincible characteristic of God is often referred to in the Bible. God is said to have all the power for the benefit of man. As said by the bible, God said that men could have no power against him. Christians believe that god has the power to free people from the most trying situations and single handedly defeat great nations. God can, in the eyes of Christians, do anything.
