Introduction
In this paper, I will discuss information gathering that analyzes a business project I just started. The business is an internet web site that will allow customers to study and practice for military enlisted promotion tests. To make this happen I will use Business Systems Analysis tools to help me develop my business project. First, I will discuss the systems investigation techniques that I will use in my project. Next, I will cover which analyst’s channels of information I will use. Third, I will use a requirements determination, and then evaluate procedures to help make the project a success utilizing concepts from Business Process Re-engineering (BPR). Finally, I will close with a summary.
