Capital Punishment

Over the decades capitol punishment has eventually been abolished. Now the only countries where capitol punishment is still imposed are certain states in America and countries in the Far East. In the United Kingdom for example the death penalty was abolished in 1965. There are numerous opinions on capitol punishment. The reasons for and against capitol punishment provide a great debate.
The family of the victim of a crime are owed some kind of revenge. The friends and family are the ones who are suffering because their loved one has been a victim of a crime such as a rape or killed and they thoughts of them are why should they be allowed to live while the victim remains dead or deeply traumatised by someone else's actions.
