The technology of the twenty first century is always changing; new programs, software, as well as new products are always being produced. The competition among companies who produce these products is very high. The companies must constantly be on the edge and ready to create newer and more technologically advanced products.
Most product companies go many years without having to make changes to their products however, some companies are forced to change. The majority of companies fear change which leads to their failure. One such company is the one in which I recently obtained a manager position for, that company is Xerox.
Xerox a company that has been in business for over 100 years as since it was originally found as the Haloid Company in 1906. The company has slowly taken a turn for the worst and is heading toward a financial slum.
