Everyone knows someone who is overweight or they themselves are overweight. Obesity has had an affect on individuals overall health and with this in mind it could lead to many other illnesses and or the common disease. As obesity continues to grow at epidemic proportions in this country, Obesity will soon become one of the leading causes of intentional death. The net conflict will soon dramatically increase in relation to chronic health conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. There are many ways to protect people from this disease it is just a question of an individuals willingness.
