Functions of Management
The functions of management, that is used in the work place starts with the way planning works. This is a key factor in the way companies use this method. In deciding on advancing to get the appropriate actions that are needed to get the job done. Setting goals for the company to reach from year to date, and a plan on who or what would use the company product or business.
The way this method is used, in the place that I work would be very similar. Planning of the events that are to come. And how much beer the company would bring in for sale, for events such as Football games, Basketball games, and Gay pride parades. This is where forecasting has to play a big part in supply and demand.
Organization would be like a spin off of planning. Building a team of workers to work as one unit, and building a financial ground for managing......
