The following is a report that defines and the problems of UCHSC classified employee hours being unaccounted for and undocumented. This report also makes recommendations on ways to better document when an employee is at work and when they are not present.
Currently there is no form of documentation for classified employees of University of Colorado Health Sciences to hold them accountable for their hours.
In the following report I show research and examples to institute my recommendation of a digital time clock with fingerprint scan to correctly identify when employees are present and when they aren’t
