Did you know that a television star could also be the leader of a world power at the same time? Sounds like a difficult job huh? If you ask Hugo Chávez he will just tell you it's just another day on the job. Hugo Chávez is the current president of Venezuela which not long ago was a dwindling and poverty stricken country in South America. Well a lot has changed since Chávez took office in 1999. Don't get me wrong Venezuela is still located in South America but the whole poverty scene has been undergoing a massive face-lift. These changes have been viewed as both good and bad; let's see if we can look at the Chávez figure in a different view, how about looking at his leadership strengths and leadership weaknesses.
