As a second-generation Hispanic-American, I hope to be the first person in my family to complete high school and attend college. I feel that graduating from college, honors the sacrifices, expectations and continued support of my family. In a country with so many educational opportunities, I relish the chance to set a standard of excellence for others to follow.
Currently I am majoring in education (with a math concentration) and business administration. I am working towards a degree for both areas at Orange Community College. My career plans are to graduate from Orange County Community College and further my education at a local four-year college. Upon graduation, I hope to establish a learning center in my community to teach individuals of all ages in a variety of scholastic areas.
