I would like to welcome all to our newly merged company of Interclen and Envirotech. Since our new sales team is already selected, our next step is to provide enough knowledge and skills to each team member of our sales force to meet the goal of this year. Interclean and Envirotech have different approach to customer service and sales in the past. Interclean was more aggressive on sales, whereas Envirotech was renowned for good customer service. It’s our prime responsibility to merge best strategies of both the organization and add some more effective and efficient strategy for sales and customer service. Effective training needs more then just transfer of knowledge.
