Section Two In my researching process, I used the Points of View Reference Center for all of my sources. I created a folder for all nine sources. I found separate sources for statistics, standard information, and ways to fix the issue of the nursing shortage across the country. My best source was the article “Bush Administration Promotes Careers in Nursing: Survey Shows Critical Shortage of Nurses”. It gave me the statistics I needed to show the shortage of Registered Nurses, and it gave me some of the solutions that the country is trying to ease the shortage across the country. I really had no problems finding any sources for this topic. I learned how to use the online library databases instead of just using regular search databases. I learned those from our very own school librarian how to use the Tennessee Electronic Library.
