Abstract
Logistics is an invaluable piece of the Army’s strength that supplies the war fighters with critical resources and has always been the goal of Transportation Corps. The Gulf and Iraq War has shown many military leaders that combat support and combat service support jobs such as logistics are just as dangerous as the traditional infantry roles. The duties of the transportation Soldier includes tracking all movements entering /exiting and through-out the theater of operations. Although, Iraq still has insurgents and terrorists, this country is on the up rise, its economy is stabilizing and the government is in the process of working through many concerns that are still facing this country.
