There are many factors that can contribute to stress. Life is full of everyday things that stress us. Most people work, therefore that is the most common stressor. Health can also be an enormous stressor if a person or their family member is unhealthy. Another stressor that we hear a lot about these days is money. People get more stressed over money than health.
I have been very blessed with a healthy husband and daughter, and my health is good as well. We have a lovely home and I have a decent job. There isn’t much to complain about. The biggest stressor for me right now is that my company was just sold to a smaller company and our jobs could be in the limbo. This is an unknown that is stressing me out and will until the merger is complete in March 2010. Another stressor is the worry for my child.
