The acquisition of EnviroTech, Inc. represents a big step in consolidating our leadership position in the domestic market and is aligned with our strategy for expansion worldwide. The new subsidiary in Puerto Rico represents a new market where we are targeting to promote our full service cleansing solutions package. Being successful in this endeavor requires focusing in the following three areas: (a) having the correct managerial behaviors in place to improve productivity, (b) execution of management actions that comply with employment laws, and (c) acceptance of a diverse work environment.
