Perspectives
Learning about Alzheimer’s disease and realizing that the disease is much more than just a loss of memory can benefit the families of those with the disorder as well as society as a whole. The purpose of this paper is to look at the disorder, as well as to discuss the history, symptoms, diagnosis and hope for a cure for Alzheimer’s disease.
Alzheimer's disease, a progressive, degenerative disease that attacks the brain and results in impaired memory,thinking and behavior. It is the most common cause of dementia.
