I am writing this essay because I was late for duty several time and it is going to be attached to my counseling. I am also writing this essay to show the importance of making hit times and what could happen if those hit times are missed. The dates that I was late will also be included in this essay. On the 1st of July I really can’t remember why I was late for my 0800 hit time for duty. Chances are I over slept do to staying up late doing college and talking to family. Usually that is what happens when I over sleep. Working 12 hours a day then going back to my chu and doing college courses and keeping in touch with family. I do know that I don’t have to do much work to do, but sitting down in the toc with very little to do is very tiring. Then I go back to my chu work on my school stuff but i cannot stay up to long cause I have to get enough sleep so I can stay awake for my entire duty day. I try and get to bed no later……
