Teams in the 21st Century
Teams, a vitally important part of a company and life itself, are used to better a group of people and the individuals themselves. Teams make life that much better and companies that much more successful.
My last two experiences with teams were different in contrast completely. My very first experience was terrible whereas my second was great. My first team had a member who decided he wanted to attempt to take over at the last minute and not use any of the information I provided and almost cost me my grade. My second group was very reliable and had things done and ready on time. I learned that when you are in a group, choose the people in it wisely. People can be very “two-faced” in a group and wanted all of the glory and attention on just him. A team’s strengths and weaknesses can make or break a team.
