NCO and Soldiers Duties
What makes the NCO and Soldiers duties? I was thinking real hard about the duties of both NCO and junior soldiers separate. They are two very different positions that are performed in the Army but yet they work so close together to make the workforce in the army going. Then I thought to myself well what makes them close together and going. And then it came to my head like a bright light bulb above my head. The Army Values! The Army Values that were set in our heads and quality of work life when we were in basic training. It was the first thing that was instilled in our heads and right in the front of our basic training hand book. This truly is the duty of everyone in the Army to abide by. The Army defines leadership as influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation, while operating to accomplish the mission and improve the organization.
