The Chinese culture for years has been developing differences, individually speaking, this paper talks about the psychological Chinese measurements along their history, and there contributions of the allowance of psychos metric techniques of the 20th Century, starting with the importance of the social disruption that was caused by the Sino-Japanese war and the Chinese civil war. Following the doctrines of communist revolution, and finally we will be able to perceive how the Cultural Revolution was a relevant reason to encourage the abandonment of the idea of measuring individual differences.
A period of need for psychological measurements in the clinical and educational areas increased its demand after the end of the Cultural Revolution in 1970.
