Communication in an organization plays the same role as blood circulates in the human body. Organizational communication is an essential component to any set-up. Effective communication is a vital need for all the organizations, without which proper functioning cannot exist.
Role of communication is different at different hierarchical levels in an organization. At the top level it encourages and ensures generation of valuable ideas, down below that, it develops the confidence among people and gives them a solid base, further down the line at middle level it works as an instrument for converting the ideas into realities. At the lowest level it serves as the ultimate objective of the organization.
