The Hidden Truth
In the County of Maycomb, rumor has it that there is a monster living in that city. The truth is that he is a misunderstood man by the name of Boo Radley, who features in the story, To Kill a Mocking Bird, by Harper Lee. The two main characters, Jem and Scout, along with their friend Dill, risk their lives to find more about who Boo Radley really is. They find out that he is actually not what they first thought he might have been.
Dill was intrigued by phantoms and ghosts, and when he hears the rumors about Boo, he ask, “Let's try to make him come out.” This shows how much interest they have in Boo Radley. Dill later ask, “ I'd like to see what he looks like.” Before they even see him, they already had a picture of him. He was described by Jem, as a “six and a half foot man,” who ate and looked like a monster. Boo would find any squirrels or cats and eat their raw bloody flesh, making his......
