One of the best ways to instill company loyalty is to provide a clear and concise career development program. An employee who has a long-term goal will have more to strive for. Their production will improve and they will see that they are valued in our company.
We will be giving feedback on a continual basis as issues arise, however we will also give feedback on a bi annual basis. We will use a self-assessment form as well as a managers assessment form when conducting these reviews.
We will be careful to stay away from feedback pitfalls. Some of the practices we will not engage in will be: only giving feedback in negative situations. Employees will be praised for a job well done just as they will be counseled for mistakes. Praise will be specific and examples will be given. We will catch low production behavior......
