Why Pursue An MBA?
Recently, a trend has risen resulting in specialization of the master in business administration (MBA) programs offering from the traditional program. In this paper, we’ll take an in-depth look at the differences in the programs and try to determine if the traditional (generalist) MBA is more in demand from employers, compared to the specialized MBA. The paper will also make a determination in the factors affecting the decision to pursue an MBA while taking into consideration how the Jungian 16-Type Personality Test plays a vital role in determining what characteristics the student possesses and jobs the student are best suited for based on individual results.
