Re: Recognizing Contract Risk and Opportunities
There seems to be a need for clarity on the information conveyed in the Contract Creation and Management Simulation. The legal risks and opportunities when entering a contract are endless. Many times we as consumers enter into many types of contracts that govern our daily lives. The statement of clarity being the key to successful contracts rings true in all aspects. Since contracts are never completely free of interpretation, we must learn how we can better prepare ourselves for unforeseen circumstances. We can review the situation that arose between Span Systems an entity which develops banking software and Citizen Swartz a large German Bank.
